As we enter the active summer season of expansion and growth, we may need to clear some stagnation from the past before we follow the sun and journey into greener pastures.
Therapeutic cupping is a great way to lift tissue and create space for newness and change.
Those circular marks, Petechiae in Western medicine, Sha in Eastern; are an indicator of the health and flow within your body.
Light pink or red circles indicate healthy circulation and typically fade within a few hours to a couple of days.
Dark red spots suggest moderate stagnation and an accumulation of toxins. These may take up to a week to clear.
Deep purple or black markings point to severe blood stagnation caused by injury or chronic tension. These can take up to two weeks or longer to fully fade.
For all of your summer vacays or staycays, let's adorn your beach bod with these badges of honor of a life well-lived and self-loved.
Take care of yourself
